Dancing for Miracles

It’s Miracle Maker Monday at EMHS Foundation Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Today, we’re giving a shout out to the University of Maine Black BearTHON exec team, Rebecca, Ali, Caroline, Tara (not pictured), Austin, and Corey!

This incredible group of UMaine students is leading the way in planning and organizing UMaine’s seventh Miracle Network Dance Marathon. If you’re not familiar with Dance Marathon, it’s a national movement across the United States involving colleges, universities, and high schools. It is completely student led and student driven, and all of the funds raised stay in the local communities to benefit the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. INSPIRING!

We’re so thankful to UMaine students who’ve raised close to $300,000 to support the incredible work doctors and nurses do everyday at our EMHS Foundation Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. And, they’re just a few weeks away from their 2018 event. If you’re in the Orono area, join us on February 10 at the Union on campus to cheer them on. Can’t make it? No worries! Consider making a donation to support their work by visiting!
